Your Home to Sell
1. Curb Appeal! Maintain yard by regular weeding and watering.
2. Remove clutter from all rooms including toys, books, and magazines.
3. Deep Clean Stove & Oven.
4. Clear small appliances and cookware from counter tops.
5. Clean exterior of refrigerator discarding excess magnets.
6. Clear unnecessary items from counters in bathrooms.
7. Bleach discolored grout.
8. Pack up any off-season clothing in closets to “thin” closets.
9. Place scented plug-ins or potpourri to freshen up bathrooms.
